Dennis Wojtkiewicz is best know for his monumental slices of fruit, where seeds and veins become larger than life. The subject matter is encapsulated and transfixed by heightened light and translucency which make these paintings glow. This series explore the passing of time, where Dennis depicts slices of ripe fruit before they eventually lose their appeal and beauty.
